  • In principle, use of available amenities is limited to those aged 16 or older.

  • Guests are kindly asked to observe the Facility's rules and etiquette, and to use the amenities responsibly, with due consideration for their own health and at their own risk.
  • This Facility cannot be held responsible for any injuries or accidents incurred during use of the amenities.
  • This Facility cannot be held responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of valuables or other personal belongings.
  • Guests will be charged a replacement fee for any loss of, or damage to, locker keys or other items lent by this Facility.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all areas of this Facility.
  • Guests are kindly asked to refrain from making phone calls or audio recordings, or from taking photos or videos with cameras or electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets, in all areas.
  • Guests are kindly asked to refrain from using the amenities when engaging in behavior that may inconvenience others, or if there are circumstances that make use of this Facility inappropriate.

Age Restriction

Guests aged 16 to 18 who wish to receive a treatment must have a parent or guardian complete a waiver of liability.

Arrival Time

Please check in at the third-floor reception (main desk) at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fully enjoy your spa treatment. If you wish to use the bathing facilities before your treatment, we recommend arriving one hour in advance. Please note that your treatment time may be shortened if you arrive late.

Changes & Cancellations

Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you wish to make any changes or cancel. Kindly note that failure to contact us will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the treatment price.

Guest Health

Please inform us when making your appointment if you have any health concerns or allergies. Depending on your condition, certain services may not be available. Our therapists are highly trained, knowledgeable, and experienced, so please feel free to consult with them at any time.
Kindly note that guests in the early stages of pregnancy (less than 16
weeks) may only receive facial treatments.

Prices

All displayed prices include consumption tax and a 15% service charge.

  • Fully private sauna (2F) is for the exclusive use of female guests.
